Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-centered role, you will optimize medication therapy, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective rehabilitation care. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, monitoring for interactions and adverse effects, educating patients and staff, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
