Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient hospitals. The Clinical Pharmacist will verify and dispense medication orders, manage pharmacotherapy, and perform medication reconciliation to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, this role monitors drug interactions and outcomes, provides patient and family medication counseling, supports antimicrobial stewardship, and upholds all regulatory and safety standards in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
