Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide evidence-based pharmacotherapy for inpatient rehabilitation patients, ensuring safe, effective medication use. Responsibilities include order verification, preparation and dispensing, medication reconciliation, adverse event monitoring, and dose optimization.
