Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver evidence-based medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, perform medication reconciliation, monitor therapy outcomes, and counsel patients and families. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support safe, effective rehab care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
