Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will ensure safe, evidence-based medication management by verifying orders, monitoring therapies, and preventing interactions. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize rehab outcomes, educate patients and families on medication use, and uphold regulatory and quality standards in a nurturing, high-performance care environment.
