Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including order verification, medication dispensing, and clinical pharmacotherapy management for complex rehab patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure safe, evidence-based medication use, perform medication reconciliation, and deliver patient and family education.
