Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to deliver high-quality pharmacy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-focused role, you will verify and dispense medications, manage complex pharmacotherapy, and provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and the care team. You’ll support medication reconciliation, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and IV preparation while ensuring regulatory compliance and medication safety. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll educate patients, contribute to quality initiatives, and help drive optimal rehabilitation outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
