Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will verify, compound, and dispense medications; review orders for safety and effectiveness; and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize medication therapy.
