Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to deliver high-quality medication management within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and dispense medications, provide clinical pharmacotherapy consults, and support safe, effective rehab-focused drug therapy. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, perform medication reconciliation, monitor labs and interactions, and educate patients and families.
