Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medications, manage pharmacotherapy and dosing, and ensure safe, evidence-based use of drugs for complex rehab patients.
