Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will verify and prepare medication orders, provide clinical pharmacy consults, and ensure safe, effective medication use for complex rehab patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize therapy, conduct medication reconciliation, and educate patients and families.
