Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this clinically focused role, you will verify and dispense medications, manage pharmacotherapy, monitor drug levels, and provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, support medication safety initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
