Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to provide expert medication management for inpatient rehabilitation patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety and appropriateness, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to support patient-centered rehab plans. This role includes monitoring therapy effectiveness, preventing adverse events, educating patients and staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance, all within a nurturing, dynamic environment that supports professional growth.
