Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy for diverse rehab patients through accurate dispensing, clinical pharmacotherapy review, and medication reconciliation. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, you will provide patient counseling, monitor drug therapy, uphold regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
