Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medications, conduct clinical medication reviews, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize safe, effective rehab-focused pharmacotherapy. You will counsel patients and families, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and contribute to a high-quality, nurturing care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
