Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this on-site role, you will provide clinical and operational pharmacy services, ensuring safe, effective, and timely medication therapy. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, performing medication reconciliation, managing IV admixtures and compounding, and monitoring for interactions and adverse events. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to support patient-centric rehabilitation goals while contributing to a nurturing, high-quality, and rewarding care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
