Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, you will review and dispense medications, verify orders, and provide clinical pharmacy expertise to support safe, effective therapy. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to optimize rehab outcomes, educate patients and families on medications, and uphold regulatory and safety standards.
