Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and clinical oversight of medications, support medication reconciliation, and provide patient and family education. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize pharmacotherapy and promote patient-centric rehabilitation outcomes.
