Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will compound, verify, and dispense medications, conduct medication reconciliation, and provide clinical pharmacotherapy guidance to our rehab patients and care teams. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered medication therapy.
