Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehabilitation Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary rehab plans, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring nurses and therapists, monitoring patient progress, and supporting discharge planning.
