Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ADL training, therapeutic activities, and neuromuscular re-education to help patients regain independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment focused on exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.
