Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ADL training to help patients regain independence. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll document progress, support discharge planning, and educate patients and families.
