Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehab role, you will evaluate and treat adults to restore function, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include ADL training, cognitive and mobility retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and detailed care documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care and offers strong professional growth opportunities.
