Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in an inpatient rehab setting. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to restore function, maximize independence, and support safe discharge. Collaborating with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and contribute to a nurturing, rewarding culture focused on exceptional outcomes and professional growth.
