Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this dynamic role, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations, create evidence-based therapy plans, and guide recovery focused on independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress using EMR systems, all within a supportive, growth-oriented environment aligned with our mission of exceptional patient care.
