Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services within our inpatient and home-based care network. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
