Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based settings. You will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that maximize patients’ independence in daily living activities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
