Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based care settings. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living, work, and leisure activities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care, accurate documentation, and safe discharge planning.
