Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation and home-based settings, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to maximize independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
