Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Rehab Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from major illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment.
