Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and oversight of medications, provide evidence-based medication therapy management, and deliver patient counseling to support optimal rehab outcomes. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
