Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based pharmacy services within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will verify and dispense medications, monitor therapies, and counsel patients and caregivers to support optimal recovery. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll help design and adjust medication plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
