Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-focused role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing; review and verify medication orders; and provide clear counseling to patients and families. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize medication therapy, support transitions of care, and drive medication safety initiatives, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with strong career growth potential.
