Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation, and monitor drug therapy for safety and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team, counsel patients and families on medication use, support quality and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
