Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will verify and dispense medications, monitor drug therapies, and provide expert consultation to physicians, nurses, and patients. You will conduct medication reconciliation, patient counseling, and safety checks to minimize errors and optimize rehab outcomes.
