Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, delivering safe and accurate medication management for diverse rehab patients. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, review orders for interactions and allergies, and provide clinical drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize pharmacotherapy, support medication reconciliation, and advance quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, patient-centered environment with strong career growth potential.
