Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver safe, patient-centered pharmacy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, perform medication reconciliation, and provide individualized counseling to support patient recovery.
