Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. The Pharmacist will ensure safe, accurate, and evidence-based medication management for a diverse rehab population. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, monitoring for interactions and adverse events, and collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists. You will educate patients and families on medication use, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong professional growth potential.
