Job description
Encompass Health seeks a patient-focused Pharmacist to provide safe, evidence-based medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical reviews, and monitor for interactions and adverse effects. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize pharmacotherapy and support patient-centered rehab goals.
