Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-focused role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, reconcile therapies, and counsel patients and families to ensure safe, effective rehab care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, support medication safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment with meaningful impact and strong career growth opportunities.
