Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support high-quality patient care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The Pharmacist will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety and efficacy, and monitor for interactions and therapeutic outcomes. You will provide medication counseling, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to optimize pharmacotherapy.
