Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, manage therapy regimens, and counsel patients and families to ensure safe, effective treatment. Partnering closely with nurses, physicians, and the broader rehab team, you’ll promote optimal pharmacotherapy, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with meaningful career growth.
