Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation, and monitor therapy for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver counseling, and support transitions of care.
