Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to support safe, evidence-based medication therapy within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation, monitor drug therapy, and counsel patients and families on appropriate medication use. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize rehab outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality and patient safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic environment with strong growth potential.
