Job description
Encompass Health seeks a patient-centered Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including verifying and dispensing medications, optimizing pharmacotherapy, and preventing drug-related problems. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support safe, effective rehabilitation care, educate patients and families on medication use, and uphold rigorous regulatory and safety standards.
