Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver safe, patient-centered medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The pharmacist will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety and efficacy, monitor therapies, and counsel patients and caregivers.
