Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation patients through safe, effective, and compassionate medication management. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, monitor therapeutic outcomes, and counsel patients and caregivers on proper medication use. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team, you will help optimize medication therapy to support patient recovery.
