Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. As a core clinical partner, you will ensure safe, evidence-based medication management through accurate dispensing, verification, and medication therapy review. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to optimize outcomes, provide patient and staff counseling, and lead medication reconciliation and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong professional growth potential.
