Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, effective medication therapy by verifying orders, identifying interactions, and counseling patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize pharmacologic care.
