Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this on-site role, you will ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing, perform medication reconciliation, and monitor for interactions and adverse effects. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize pharmacotherapy, educate patients and families on medication use, and support quality and safety initiatives.
